The MCU has changed dramatically across the Infinity Saga and Multiverse Saga, and our rewrites explore both eras from a storyteller’s perspective. From revisiting films like Iron Man 2 and Age of Ultron to reworking the larger direction of Phase 4, each project imagines a different path for some of the MCU's most ambitious stories.

The Infinity Saga

Before the MCU became the largest shared universe in Hollywood, its first three phases built a story one hero at a time. These rewrites return to that original Infinity Saga, revisiting individual films and exploring how familiar characters, conflicts, and ideas might have been strengthened without losing the foundation that ultimately led to Endgame.

Iron Man 2

This rewrite from TheDarkLord works as both a standalone rewrite and as part of the larger MCU rewrite series.

Avengers: Age of Ultron

This story works both as a standalone rewrite and as an early foundation for the larger direction we eventually take with the MCU.

The Multiverse Saga

With the Infinity Saga complete, the MCU faced the challenge of deciding what came next. These rewrites revisit the films, shows, and larger creative direction of the post-Endgame era, looking for stronger character arcs, clearer connections, and a more focused path forward while still preserving the ideas worth carrying into Marvel’s next generation.

Rebuilding Phase Four

Rather than rewriting every single project from scratch, this treatment is a smaller, more focused phase built around grief, legacy, and the transition beyond Endgame.

Dr. Strange & the Multiverse of Madness

This rewrite moves Doctor Strange away from being primarily a multiverse event and back toward the darker supernatural world established in his first film.

Inspired more heavily by Jason Aaron’s Thor: God of Thunder, this rewrite trades much of the original film’s exaggerated comedy for a darker story about faith, grief, and what it truly means to be a god.
